1. Promotion is valid for stays from 15 November 2017 to 28 February 2018, with reservations made from 1 November 2017 00:00 hours to 28 February 2018 23:59 hours in Singapore Standard Time (SST).
2. Promotion validity may vary by residences. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Prior reservation is required.
3. Guests need to sign up or log in as an Ascott Online Advantage Member to book the member promotional rates online via Ascott websites.
4. Promotional rates and apartment types are subject to availability.
5. Rates are subject to change without further notice and are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
6. This offer is not open to existing leasing contract customers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, partner offers, third party websites, corporate and promotional rates.
7. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Prepayment may be required upon reservation. Reservations are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
