Statement on Extension of Room Voucher Validity

In light of the recent CoVID-19 developments, and in consideration of the interest and needs of our guests, Ascott China has decided to extend the validity of all types of room vouchers issued by Ascott China and its managed properties within the greater China region.

Room vouchers with validity periods ending between the dates of 1 January 2020 and 30 September 2020 will have their validity periods extended till 30 September 2020, with immediate effect. Aside from the changes in validity, reservation method and other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Ascott China will continue to closely monitor the progress of the outbreak, and will review policies if required. Timely updates will be provided if adjustments are made.
