Here's how it works
01Make a booking on any Ascott website - www.discoverasr.com, www.ascottchina.com.
02If you find a lower comparison rate on another booking website that matches your booking’s property, room type, reservation dates as well as payment and cancellation conditions within 24 hours of your confirmed booking, submit the Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form (No later than 72 hours before the standard check-in time on the date of your scheduled arrival at the property.
03Your claim will be verified by our property within the next business day (Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday for Gulf region properties, excluding local public holidays).
04If the lower comparison rate you found qualifies under the Terms and Conditions, we will adjust your reservation to reflect the lower rate, and will award you with 10X (10 times) Ascott Star Rewards points to your Ascott Star Rewards account after your stay.
