-Presenting the benefits of selling Ascott Products to Admin or Procurement Managers so they would incorporate us into their portfolio as preferred vendor
-Accountable for RFP responses with targeted and existing key accounts in China cluster, maximize the satisfaction of customer's needs by identifying value service and marketing activity
-Training and motivating Sales staff to sell our products over competitor products as well as new business hunting in Key Account Segment
-Standardize the sales process, system key in and sales format for both internal and external communication
-Assist Director of Sales – China to work out yearly sales strategy plan to maximize revenue from key channels.
-Co-operate with the global sales and respective area key account manager for business lead consolidation and response for China cluster
-To do key account production updates on a monthly basis
-Cultivate and enhance relationship with customers in both Global & local levels by regular visiting key accounts by travelling to respective city and listen to client feedback in terms of maximum the benefit to China cluster
-Co-work and participating in those Trade Show or Net Working event held by HQ to increase Ascott China brand exposal and looking for new business opportunity
-Bachelor degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities.
-3-5 years hotel / service apartment sales experience.
-Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry out internal / external communications.
-Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities.
-Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, Powerpoint System.
-Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure.
